LIFE-ME: Share options for primary insiders – extended exercise period.

The Board of Directors in Lifecare AS has extended the exercise period for:
 
-	527.839 share options for Chief Operation Officer, Rune Frisvold;
-	263.920 share options for Chief Scientific Officer, Andreas Pfützner,  

until April 1st, 2021. The options were issued December 2016 and has a strike
price of NOK 0,40.
